I educate people about how yoga improves wellness, and my personal and customised yoga practice programmes are designed to maximise time, energy and wellbeing.
There are many different styles of yoga, so how do you know what works for you? The reality is that one size does not fit all, and that’s why I create a yoga practice for you to suit your individual needs and wellness objectives.
I have been practising yoga for many years, and in 2015 I studied yoga teacher training. There were two modules that really stuck out for me, where I got to see first-hand the difference that yoga can make.
One was Yoga for Women’s Health where I saw the difference yoga can make to issues such as menopause, fertility, pregnancy, etc. Having been through my own struggles with endometriosis and going through the IVF process, I could see that yoga, had I known about it at the time, would have made a huge difference to my journey.
The other modules that made a huge impact on me was Yoga Therapy. My mother, who suffers from arthritis, became my case study and I witnessed how yoga therapy improved her physical condition by increasing her mobility and building strength. This made her feel more empowered and gave her more confidence.
I continually witness how much yoga impacts wellness and I’m grateful that I can share my knowledge to help others.
