I'm dedicated to the healing journey. My online classes and yoga courses, one to one yoga and personalised yoga practice set a journey to wellness that is suitable for everyone - from those new to yoga, recovering from injury, preparing for pregnancy or post partum.

I also offer a diverse range of wellness sessions: Theta Healing, Reiki and a deep blend of these, with yoga, for your best self sooner.

Spent the weekend with some amazing ladies @becshenderson @catherinesouthwick @tarrynbellingham at @earth_energies_sanctuary a Relaxation Retreat down in Mangatarata. Life gets so busy and it is so important to take time out to destress and unwind. I had a sauna, two float sessions, had Marie's amazing Zero Balancing, Secrets of the Skull and a Aromatouch session I haven't been that relaxed and blissed out for ages! OH did I mention the Chef prepared meals....
