As women, we wear many hats. Juggling careers, kids, running households you name it we do it!
With that, we find it hard to fit in much-needed self-care time. So I offer subscription-based online yoga for women to assist with issues such as anxiety, stress, menstrual and menopause symptoms, sleep disturbance and more.
Classes offer a variety of times from 20 minutes to 75 minutes so you can not only practice in the privacy of your own home but anytime you have available.
Just practising even 10 minutes of yoga a day is more beneficial than 1 hour a week!
I use a variety of styles such as Flow, Gentle, Restorative and Yin and it is suitable for all stages. Subscriptions are weekly, monthly or yearly so there are affordable options for all.
